You will have immediate access to your dashboard and can start right away as the administrator. If you purchased user accounts you can set up new users and give them instant access.
An Administrator operates the master control panel, with complete control and oversight of users. Administrators configure the default settings, costs, pricing for the estimations and see all data collected from all users. An Administrator is most likely an owner or leader in the company.
You can only have one administrator.
A user must be assigned by the administrator. Users access the estimation template determined by the Administrator. Users add new clients, create and see the status of their proposals and update their profile settings. Users are most likely sales and estimator staff.
Since your Zevsoft dashboard tracks and collects data about your sales team, you should add all your estimators. You can add or remove users as needed once you log into the administrator dashboard.
